Established In 2018, L.E.A.N.4VETS is a non-profit foundation committed to teaching military veterans how to live a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. LEAN 4 VETS is in the business of changing the lives of and supporting our community of Veterans.

The work we do at our Non-Profit Organization is aimed at providing a unique approach to addressing some common issues Veterans face after transitioning from active duty to civilian life.
