9th Annual Spring Nature Festival

The Wildlands Conservancy’s Wind Wolves Preserve will host its 9th Annual Spring Nature Festival on April 6 and 7, 2024. Entrance to the festival, parking, and all activities are offered at no charge. The festival includes activities for all ages and runs from 10:00AM to 3:00PM on Saturday and Sunday.
Festival goers can learn about local natural and cultural resources as well as nearby outdoor recreation opportunities from a range of exhibitors. Additionally, reptile presentations will be offered throughout the day, with Spanish translators available. Families exploring the trails should also explore the water at our Pond Discovery Station, where kids of all ages can look for aquatic animals.
“The festival is for everyone! Come enjoy educational exhibits, crafts, guided activities and more.” said Mario Prudencio, the Preserve’s Outdoor Education Coordinator. “Wind Wolves Preserve is beautiful, especially this time of year. It’s a great time to enjoy the spring weather and wildflowers.”
Wind Wolves Preserve is expecting about 5,000 attendees over the two-day period. Visitors are advised to arrive early for parking.
