After working as an auditor 20+ years with the Department of Corrections in California, I was able to build a great career which enabled me to retire earlier than the average person, but sitting at a desk for hours at a time caused irreversible damage to my neck and lower back. I’m retired now and I’m grateful to have had such a wonderful career. Although I missed my job, not working gave me an opportunity to give back to my community which I’ve loved since I moved here in 2005. When I fell in love with Scentsy and realized so many people were still burning traditional candles with the chance of burning down their homes, I knew this was for me! I love that Scentsy is safe and I’m having a blast sharing my passion with friends and family. I also get to earn my stash free and half-off! I never dreamed it would change my life in so many wonderful ways. I’ve made so many new friends and I’m earning trips to places I never dreamed I’d go. Europe was one of them! Owning my own Scentsy business first helped pay for more date nights, then turned into weekend getaways, and helped pay for my daughter’s college expenses. It’s allowed me to travel and It’s blessed our family in so many ways. The money is great, but I think the biggest blessing is that I’ve met so many amazing people, both customers and colleagues. I now have a second family; a Scentsy family. Had I known all of these great blessings were possible, I would have joined a long time ago! This truly is an amazing, generous company and I’m going to travel the world with Scentsy!
