Randall House is thoughtfully designed

We have lush, mature landscaping and our bistro and up-lighting create the perfect mood. We have multiple photography sets that rival anything you’d find in Hollywood. All of this creates the perfect environment for your wedding or event.

Q What’s Included:

Guest capacity 120

Setup of all customers linens and tableware

Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs (provided by venue)

Included for use: (15) 60” round banquet tables, dessert tables, sweetheart tables and cocktail tables. (120) chairs are included with rental

Tables for cake, check-in, dessert bar, etc.

Non-alcoholic beverage station: ice tea, water and lemonade

400 pounds of ice

Q On-site Coordinator:

Randall House is here to help you on the day of your event! We provide a day-of coordinator for your event. They say she’s the best around!

We will help you with your timeline and help you plan out your day, as well as make sure everything runs on time with you and your vendors.

This is Debbie! She’s one of our favorite coordinators!

Q Parking:

Randall House has plenty of parking for the allowed guests and vendors. We own the lot next door just to the south of Randall House in addition to the spots in front of our venue. We also place directional signs for guests before arrival.

Q Security Detail:

We provide professional, well-dressed security for your event.

Q What’s NOT Included:

Randall House does not include linens & tableware with the venue rental

Q Event Deposit:

A $ 1,000.00 deposit holds your date. The deposit is non-refundable. Balance is required to be paid in full 120 days prior to your event date.

Q Insurance:

We require event insurance (at your expense) a one million dollar liability policy with Host Liquor umbrella (if applicable).

Q Bar:

If you are wanting to have a Bar at your event, the fee is $ 350.

We include one bartender, the physical bar, tubs for beer and wine, and ice. If you would like a second bartender, please let us know! Bar stock is to be provided by renter.

Q Cleaning & Security Deposit:

A $500 deposit is collected prior to your event and returned in 7-10 business days after your event. This fee is in addition to any rental fees.

Q Event Time Frame:

Event times vary depending on how many guests and time of the year. Every weekend event includes up to 9 hours on the property. Friday & Saturday weddings end at 10 pm. Cleanup begins at 10pm, with completion before 11pm.

Q Other Events:

We also host private parties, fundraisers, baby showers, bridal showers, and corporate luncheons and events. Pricing upon request.
