Q What is Waygu Beef?

Wagyu is any of the four Japanese breeds of beef cattle. In several areas of Japan, Wagyu beef is shipped carrying area names. Some examples are Matsusaka beef, Kobe beef, Yonezawa beef, Mishima beef, Ōmi beef, and Sanda beef.

Q What is the healthiest beef?

Always go for cuts of beef that are over 93 percent lean. If opting for a steak, choose flank, tenderloin, sirloin, filet mignon or top round roast. One of the healthiest types of red meat with a similar taste to beef is buffalo or bison.
