I started King Door Company., Inc. in 1985, with 11 years of prior experience in the industry. When I started the company, it was just me and one service truck. Now, we run 11 service trucks. When I mention “I am the PROUD owner of King Door™ Company,” I sincerely mean PROUD! One of the challenges of starting my own company was to name it and market it. I wanted these two things to reflect and sum up my entire company and what it stands for.
I chose the lion for my logo. The lion represents courage, the courage it takes to stay ahead of the competition and be the company in which all others set their standards. The term “lions share” represents the vision I had and the presence I wanted King Door Company to have in Kern County. The term “a pride of lions” was an image I had of the entire staff of King Door Company – a group of team players working together for practical perfection. With the Pride of a Lion™
