Sharing the Hope 6th Annual Health Fair

OVERVIEW
CSF Medical Non-Profit Foundation invites you to be part of this life changing event for Kern County residents.
Through “Sharing the Hope” along with our community partners, we have identified individuals with breast, colorectal, skin, prostate, uterine and other cancers.
We have identified uncontrolled diabetes, vision/hearing impairments, abnormal blood pressure, uterine fibroids, PCOS, abnormal blood exams, shelter and food insecurities, lack of a primary care providers, all possible through “Sharing the Hope.”
Together we make it possible for everyone in need in our community to access early diagnostics/prevention screening, and community resources.
